How do I release my mastered track on Spotify?
Upload your mastered WAV to Ditto, and we’ll deliver it to Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon and 150+ more stores. It only takes a few minutes to release music everywhere.
Is this a free music mastering service?
The preview is free. You can listen to the full mastered track before you pay anything. If you want to download the file, you’ll pay a one-off $5. There are no subscriptions or added fees.
How do I download my final mastered track?
Once you’re happy with the preview, hit "Download" inside the tool, complete the $5 checkout and your streaming-ready WAV is yours. You can re-download from your masterchannel.ai account at any time.
What audio formats can I master?
Upload a WAV or MP3 from any DAW. The tool returns a 24-bit WAV mastered for streaming. If you need help with the export, the masterchannel team is on hand at ditto-support@masterchannel.ai.
What is the turnaround time for Ditto’s online audio mastering service?

Checkout is handled securely by our mastering partner Masterchannel when you download a track. It’s a one-off $5 charge per master — there’s no subscription and nothing is stored on your Ditto account.
Can I get a refund?
Because you preview the full master for free before you pay, you always know exactly what you’re buying. If something goes wrong with a download, contact the mastering team at ditto-support@masterchannel.ai and they’ll put it right.
