UK Opportunity: Play Musicians Against Homelessness
March 30, 2016
Musicians Against Homelessness is a new nationwide campaign from Oasis guru Alan McGee, which aims to raise funds for the homeless charity Crisis and provide gig opportunities for up-and-coming bands. This fantastic new initiative is currently looking for bands and solo artists to play at events across the UK.
Are you ready to take a stand against homelessness?
What type of music are they looking for?
The events are open to all bands and artists who’d like to get involved and all gigs will be promoted with official press releases for use in the local media. Bands will be matched with events taking place in their local area and the first event will be staged at the Leeds O2.
When is it taking place?
The gigs will take place from 18th September to 2nd October 2016 in many towns and cities across the UK. Event locations and full band line-ups will be officially announced via social media sites.
How do I apply to play?
To apply to play at a Musicians Against Homelessness event near you and show your support for the homeless charity Crisis, simply email your details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
