Marketing Executive

Reports to: Global Marketing Director

Location: Liverpool and/or London

Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 + NEG

Start Date: Immediate Start

An exciting role for a marketing professional to join a online global music company where the successful applicant working with the Global Marketing Director and be responsible for managing and carrying out tactical multi-channel B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and track tactical, multi-channel marketing campaigns with the Global Marketing Director

  • Write dynamic engaging copy for email, blogs, press releases and announcements

  • Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

  • Track and report marketing ROI and KPIs

  • Generate leads using email marketing - building HTML templates, email distribution and tracking

  • Market new products and approach new markets to acquire leads

  • Travel occasionally to support events.

  • Ability to work with multiple locations across times zones, requiring flexible working hours to accommodate conference calls at least once a week

  • Work with our SEO and PPC agency to develop and manage our online strategies

  • Work and brief our Agency partners on future requirements and projects.

  • Build and Manage our Online Social Media Communities.

  • Conduct Marketing Specific Research

  • Be willing to occasionally work hours which will enable you to communicate and work effectively with our global offices.

  • Finally, whilst mostly office-based, you’ll welcome the opportunity to travel to our other regions to support our promotional events if and when they arise.

  • Flexible, pro-active and a versatile multi-tasker.

  • An entrepreneurial streak.

  • Strong interest and knowledge in online marketing.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing experience

  • Due to the high volume of copy a qualification in English at A-level or above is preferred but not essential

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledge SEO techniques and online marketing

  • Keen eye for detail

  • Degree in Marketing, IDM or CIM qualification would be an advantage

  • Understand and Build Google Analytics Reports.

  • Knowledge of Video Editing Software would be an advantage but not essential.

  • Awareness and Experience with SEO and PPC Techniques

  • Worked with Mailchimp and/or Campaign Monitor
