CEO
Matt is our Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of Ditto Music. He oversees partnerships, branding and finds new opportunities for the thousands of Ditto Music artists and record labels. Matt’s our ‘Alan Sugar’ and is always coming up with new innovative ideas for you the artist.

Chillin with my wife, at the gym, running around some fields at 7am or looking for new interesting ways to be dapper.

Jay Kerr
Chief Technical Officer
Jay is our CTO and head of business development in Europe, helping to implement new services and opportunities for our Artists. He deals directly with Labels and Management Companies on our Ditto Pro service as well as bringing large catalgoue releases to Ditto. Jay specialize in Chart campaigns and bespokely designs marketing strategies depending on the client and single.
When I’m Not at Work You’ll Find me?
As a pretty social creature when im not in work I am usually in the pub, aside from that you may find me occasionally walking up and down shops attempting to find ridiculously small T-Shirts, skinny jeans and pointy shoes. Infrequent blogger, reader of comic and discworld books and getting my dance on at a gigs. Sometimes I get trains.

James Walsh
Ditto Urban
James heads up our sister company 'Ditto Urban'. Through his worldwide contacts and years of experience James works on promotion and development of all R&B, Hip-Hop, Grime and Soul acts within the Ditto Music family. James previously interned for Warner Music Group in Los Angeles and is a staff writer for MTV's '
The Wrap-Up'.

Aaron Kelly
Ditto Urban Assistant
Aaron is an experienced actor, dancer, choreographer, rapper, singer and classically trained musician. Originally from Brixton,London, he has been a part of the UK urban music and culture scene for years. Aaron's role within Ditto Urban involves developing opportunities for thousands of our Grime, R&B, Soul, Hip-hop and Rap acts, liaising with clients and partners to promote new urban music.

Paula Parsons
Royalty Accounts Manager
Paula is responsible for processing accounts information from retailers and services and feeding them into each clients account. She ensures stores are accounting correctly by auditing our raw sales data regularly. Paula is also in charge of paying all our clients as soon as stores release royalties and is your go-to-girl for any matters regarding royalties and accounts.
When I’m Not at work you’ll find me?
Mostly with my head in a book. Slightly addicted to ebay looking for random things for my house, whilst getting ‘the look’ from my husband when I ask him for his card number. I own a lovely black Golf Mark 4 GTI turbo but I promise [most of the time] am not a 'typical golf driver.' I’m an active potter so love spending time in my pottery studio.

Amy Featherstone
Finance Manager
Amy looks after the company’s finances, in compliance to HMRC standards and keep accounts up to date. Including recording sales data received through our website, VAT and day to day bookkeeping. This job allows the rest of our team to get on arranging and planning releases for you the artist.
When I’m Not at work you’ll find me?
Messing around taking snaps, weekends away, visiting friends, shopping or at the gym.

Mike Townsend
Customer Support Officer
If you have ever called the UK Ditto Music office then you will have spoken to Mike. He is our chief support officer and makes sure all of our thousands of customers get the very best service. Ditto deal with legendary world-famous artists and new acts first release, international labels and the first day of business - Mike makes sure everyone gets the same level of service.
When I’m Not at work you’ll find me?
When I'm not crying tears of joy/despair over Arsenal football club, you will most probably find me getting over-excited about a new item of clothing that doesn't look nearly as good as I think it does. Alternatively I will be scouring over blogs looking for ace new bands to annoyingly obsess over and wrongly assume that I was into them before anyone else.

Tom Satchwell
Marketing Executive
Tom is the newest member of the Ditto Music Team, he develops and instigates digital marketing strategies to raise company profile internationally. Working closely with our CEO Lee Parsons, they put together the newsletters, blogs, landing pages and all the clever stuff to get Ditto noticed on the WWW.

Thinking of insightful and funny things to say on Ditto Music's Twitter and running my 'BeatsOnToast' blog. I pop back to my hometown of Tamworth when i can (yes, I'm a brummy) and love to sample the live music scene here in Liverpool

US Office - Music Row, Nashville
Lee is our joint-CEO and co-founder and runs the Nashville office of Ditto Music, based on Music Row. He spearheads our marketing and partnership initiatives along with building Ditto Music's branding and clientbase in the US, Canada and South America. Lee is 'the face' of Ditto, speaking at high-profile events all around the world and even writing and managing syllabi for universities in the US and UK.
When I’m Not at Work You’ll Find me?
Probably still working, in an airport, on the road or finding time to talk to friends and family on Skype.

Todd Farrell Jr
US Client Manager
Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia and now Nashville, TN, Todd recently graduated from Belmont University, studying Music Business & Production. He supports Ditto Music's US artists and labels - when you call the Nashville office you will likely speak to Todd, the politest guy we know.

Rehearsing or on the road with my band Todd Farrell Jr. & The Dirty BIrds, watching baseball and cheering on my Atlanta Braves.

Jake Croft
Marketing Assistant
Jake mainly assists Lee with our marketing in the US. He is also a graphics major so even designs and produces our promotional material.

Sampling the nightlife in this wonderful town of Nashville and keeping Lee out of trouble.

Whitney is strait outta Belmont University (just down the road from the Music Row office) with a BBA in Music Business. She has been with Ditto from the US launch in February 2011 and now works as a consultant for us.
